Following successful completion of the Ambulance Service Association risk assessment for private providers to NHS Trusts, we offer professional 999 ambulance services which includes the provision of fully crewed front line ambulances and rapid response vehicles. We are also able to offer urgent and non-urgent transfer services.

We hold a UK Home Office controlled drugs licence and are therefore able to offer full pain relief to our patients. Our Paramedics operate within strict clinical governance, and when recruited adhere to our stringent quality procedures. This includes Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks, Health Professions Council (HPC) checks and personal and professional referencing.

As part of our clinical governance, our paramedics operate to standards such as the Joint Royal College Ambulance Liaison Committee (JRCALC) guidelines and our own clinical and drug protocols, which are an integral part of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
